All evaluations are fully compliant with USCIS requirements, and we collaborate directly with attorneys to ensure reports meet clinical, ethical, and evidentiary standards.
IMMIGRATION-RELATED EVALUATIONS
Asylum Evaluation (I-589)
A comprehensive clinical evaluation documenting trauma history, persecution experiences, symptom presentation, and psychological impact. Includes structured clinical interview and standardized symptom screening tools as appropriate.
VAWA Evaluation
Trauma-informed assessment documenting emotional, psychological, and relational harm resulting from abuse, coercive control, and partner violence. Includes trauma symptom screens and detailed narrative documentation.
Hardship Waiver Evaluation (I-601 / I-601A / I-212)
Assessment of psychological, emotional, medical, financial, family-system, and cultural hardship that qualifying relatives may experience if the applicant is denied entry or removed from the U.S.
General Immigration Psychosocial Evaluation
A complete psychosocial assessment for immigration cases involving hardship, trauma exposure, family impact, or chronic emotional distress.
ADDITIONAL IMMIGRATION-RELATED CLINICAL SERVICES
Family / Joint Interview Session
Collateral interview with spouse, partner, or family member to gather additional hardship or relational context.
Complex or Extended Interview Session
Optional add-on session for complex trauma histories, additional clarification, or expanded documentation.
Immigration Report Addendum / Revision
A clinical addendum to update an existing report based on new information or attorney requests.
NON-IMMIGRATION FORENSIC & CLINICAL EVALUATIONS

Forensic Trauma Evaluation (Civil / DV / Criminal)
Comprehensive trauma-focused evaluation including structured interview, history review, and clinical assessment of trauma-related symptoms.
Psychological Impact Evaluation (Civil / Employment)
Assesses emotional and psychological harm related to discrimination, workplace harassment, violence, or personal injury.
Criminal Mitigation Evaluation
Examines trauma history, psychosocial functioning, developmental factors, and rehabilitation potential relevant to sentencing mitigation.
Parenting & Family Functioning Evaluation (Non-Custody)
Assesses parental mental health, emotional functioning, coping capacity, and family dynamics. (Does not include custody or time-sharing recommendations.)
Child Trauma / Child Impact Evaluation
Age-appropriate evaluation exploring trauma exposure, emotional symptoms, behavior concerns, and developmental or family impact.
Substance Use & Co-Occurring Disorders Evaluation
Clinical assessment of substance use patterns, co-occurring symptoms, risk factors, and treatment needs.
Fitness-for-Treatment Evaluation
Determines readiness and appropriateness for therapy, anger management, DV intervention, or substance use programs.
Victim Impact Clinical Statement
A concise written clinical summary of emotional and psychological harm for legal contexts when a complete evaluation is not required.

- Anxiety, depression, and PTSD screening measures
- Stress, adjustment, and functioning scales

- Substance use screening tools
These tools support clinical findings and strengthen the legal narrative, but do not constitute psychometric or diagnostic psychological testing outside the clinician’s scope.
